How do I cancel my order?Updated a year ago

If you need to cancel your order, follow these steps:

    1.    Act Quickly

As we aim to process and ship orders as fast as possible, you’ll need to cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it, but you can still request a return once it arrives.

    2.    Email Us

Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and a request for cancellation. Be sure to include any relevant details about your order to help us process your request quickly.

    3.    Confirmation

Once we receive your email and confirm the order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll cancel your order and issue a full refund. You will receive a confirmation email when the cancellation is processed.

If your order has already been dispatched, don’t worry—you can start a return process once the package arrives.

Note:

For any urgent cancellations, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible to increase the chances of cancelling before shipment.
