At Organised, we want to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition. However, if your package gets lost or arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
For Lost Packages:
1. Check the Tracking Information
First, check your tracking number to see if there are any updates. It’s possible the package may still be en route.
2. Contact Us
If the tracking information hasn’t updated or the package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, email us at [email protected]. Include your order number and tracking details, and we’ll investigate the issue with the courier.
3. Courier Investigation
We’ll work with the courier service to locate the package. If the package is confirmed lost, we will either send out a replacement order or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
For Damaged Packages:
1. Inspect Upon Arrival
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged product immediately.
2. Contact Us
