What do I do if my item(s) arrives damaged?Updated a year ago

If your item(s) arrives damaged, don’t worry! We’re here to help. Follow these steps:

As soon as you notice the damage, please take clear photos of the product and the packaging, including any visible damage to the box.

    2.    Contact Us

Email us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and the photos of the damaged item(s). This will help us process your request quickly.

    3.    Resolution Options

Once we review the information, we will offer you a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and the stock availability. We aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

    4.    Return of Damaged Goods

In some cases, we may ask for the damaged goods to be returned for inspection. We’ll provide a pre-paid return label if this is needed, so you won’t have to worry about the return shipping cost.
