Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility and convenience for our customers. Here’s how it works:
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next scheduled shipment. To do this, simply log in to your account at account.organised.co and navigate to the “Subscriptions” section. From there, you can cancel your subscription easily. If you’re having trouble logging in, please refer to our help article on How to log in to your account.
One-Time Orders
If you wish to cancel a one-time order before it has been dispatched, please email our support team at [email protected] as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed and shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible, but you can still return the product for a refund under our Refund Policy.
Refunds for Cancellations
For cancelled subscriptions, you will not be charged for any future orders. However, if your next shipment has already been processed and dispatched, you will still receive and be charged for that order.
