When will I get my refund?Updated a year ago
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we’ve received your returned item and confirm whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, we recommend doing the following:
1. Check your bank account – Sometimes the refund might already be processed but hasn’t yet appeared in your statement.
2. Contact your credit card company or bank – There might be a slight delay in processing before the refund is posted.
